My service appointment was between 9-11am for my service maintenance contract. Dominic showed up between 9:30 - 10am and came w/15+ years of A/C experience. He was very knowledgeable, trustworthy, professional and easy to talk to; as he explained/answered any and all questions. On my next service maintenance or emergency call that comes up, I will ask for Dominic.

We’ve been using United Air for years! They are always very prompt to respond to service requests & have really gone out out of their way to take care of my elderly mom’s unit. They’ve been very honest ... there have been times when they could have insisted on expensive replacement options but instead presented repair options. The install team that just did Mom’s unit was great! Tyrone & Marcos were very polite & were diligent in making sure that the system was installed in a very secure manner. Robbie was relentless in trying to troubleshoot the problem with Mom’s system & took great care when installing her new compressor. Pete, the service manager, has always been very knowledgeable, helpful & great to deal with. And the owner has also been very accommodating. If you are looking for an AC contractor in south Florida that is reliable, honest & fair priced, United AC is a great choice!

Contacted United A/C for a tune-up. John Paul called to confirm his arrival, was polite and meticulous during the service call. He diagnosed a low freon level needing attention, cleared a clog, and advised me professionally and properly about the unit. Excellent service technician.

AC no Cool new customer previous company overcharged way too much for a unit that is 2009 and should’ve been changed out. Did a few minor repairs got them up and going and auto maintenance contract happy customer.
